GPON Plugtests™

The purpose of this event is to verify behaviour of OLTs and ONUs in error recovery cases and fault situations.

• In some scenarios, it will be requested to initiate erroneous message flows and then verify that the OLTs and ONTs behave as it is described in ITU G.984 series.
• In some other scenarios, some error conditions will be created and the participants will have to monitor the error recovery procedures and alarms.
• Some QoS testing scenarios are also planned in some Triple Play architectures.
